How to Ship an Order Once You Have Made a Sale

In this article, you will learn how to order Oberlo Verified supplier and Oberlo supplier products from the supplier. You can process orders one by one or in bulk. If you need to purchase AliExpress products from the supplier, check out this guide.

Once you receive an order, it needs to show up in Oberlo. If you cannot find your order in Oberlo, check out this article for the possible reasons. 

Ordering Products One by One 

To order the product from the supplier, follow these steps:

 1. Go to the Orders page in Oberlo.
2. Find the needed order and click on the orange “Order Products” button.
3. From the pop-up window, add your payment card details. Only Visa, Mastercard or Maestro credit/debit card can be used to pay for the products. You can assign your payment card in advance in Oberlo Settings.
4. Select the shipping method from the available options.
5. Click “Order Products” to confirm the order request.
6. The status of the order will change from “To Order” to “Order Placed”.
7. The supplier will ship the order within the 2-7 calendar days and add the tracking code to the order. You will also see the date when your customer should get the product by.
8. Additionally, the order will be marked as “Shipped” and “Fulfilled” in Oberlo and Shopify. You do not need to change anything in your Shopify admin manually.

Ordering Products in Bulk

To order the products in bulk from the supplier, follow these steps:

 1. Go to the Orders page in Oberlo.
2. Click on the “Order All” button at the top of the page. If you have a lot of orders, it may take some time until the new page is loaded.
3. (Optional) From the newly opened page, remove orders which you do not want to place at the moment by clicking “X”.  At the top of the page, you will see a notification with a number of orders, which cannot be processed because the supplier does not ship to that country or the product is out of stock.
4. Select the desired shipping method for your orders. Oberlo selects the cheapest shipping method by default, but you can choose another shipping option if it is available.
5. To confirm the order request, click “Proceed to Payment”.
6. From the pop-up window, add your payment card details.
7. As mentioned previously, the suppliers will start processing your orders and mark them as “Fulfilled” once they are shipped.
